Job Description
A unique children\'s home in Warminster is in current need of Residential Support Workers to work with young people who have extremely challenging behaviour. Residential Support Workers with NVQ 3 in Children and Young People will be ideal for the position. The children come from a variety of difficult backgrounds and the home are looking to recruit emotionally strong people who have a genuine passion to work with and help their young residents. Candidates need to have experience of supporting young people with challenging behaviour and this can include people who have worked with children with autism/learning disabilities/mental health issues who also display challenging behaviour. Applicants need to be car drivers and be able to work a combination of early and late shifts. The rota also includes working weekends You will receive regular supervision. You will be required to obtain an Enhanced CRB Disclosure and follow Safeguarding Policy and Practice.
